With over 30+ years of sobriety, I help people make healthier choices with the use of realistic plan guides through Coaching, Reiki Healing, and oracle cards if this is your choice to use in addition with your planned goals.
My use of Oracle cards is more about aligning yourself in achieving your goals and not "predicting a future". It's important to recognize the difference in order to have an open mind and make room to improve and taking accountability.

My focal points are communicating effectively through relationships. Relationships are challenging, love is just not enough to learn and grow together.
For those growing within their business ventures, my life coaching techniques can help keep your employees engaged and dedicated to their craft.

And for those struggling with substance abuse, a great coach is one who can relate to those inner "demons" we struggle with. Learn how to put them to rest and gain the confidence to live and finding hope for your future.
